The company's access services are available in more than 8,200 cities across the United States and in Canada. Overview:Serve as an integral part of operations team, managing the performance, delivery and optimization of client campaigns across all UOL properties.  This core, analytical function within the Ad Operations and Media Group will ensure clients’ objectives are reached, and UOLMG yield and revenue targets are exceeded. Responsibilities:1. Clearly understand and internalize customer objectives in order to determine appropriate product and integration opportunities.2. Monitor and optimize campaign delivery to ensure that contracted revenue goals are reached.3. Create reallocation and pricing adjustment plans, and approve those plans in the system for existing clients.4. Make recommendations for creative, landing page and placement optimizations.5. Use past performance history to create client inventory plans within client vertical.6. Monitor 3rd party discrepancies and manage third party numbers.7. Submit accurate and complete billing to Finance every month-end. Proactively work with Finance to resolve any billing discrepancies before invoices are sent to client.8. Work with sales team on RFP's by leveraging both prior campaign experience and in-depth knowledge of available products and solutions.9. Provide 2nd level technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies. Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, computer or finance related field or equivalent work experience.2. 3 years of experience in an internet/media-related company working in media buying, traffic, ad account management or related role.3. Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities.4. Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to present insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.5. Comfort and flexibility in utilizing quantitative as well as qualitative thinking in the strategy development process.6. Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy is paramount.7. Experience working on a number of platforms and demonstrated expertise using MS Office programs Excel, Word, Project, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.8. Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.9. In-depth knowledge of the interactive industry required.10. Knowledge of HTML, Flash, rich media is a plus.11.
