ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve data warehouse updating applications.Participate in data updates activity and documenting processes.Take initiative to learn about public records data sets and data-focused technology systems.Work closely with executives, project managers and information technology professionals.Problem solve and work individually, and as part of a team, to meet the needs of projects.Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Qualifications & SkillsBS in Computer Science or equivalent.Strong knowledge of SQL (TSQL or PL/SQL) and relational database concepts.Experience and habit of following object oriented design/programming practices.Experience with database concepts and architectural schemes. Experience with normalization forms, indexing strategies and database design.Experience working with MSSQL2000/2005, DTS/SSIS?Experience developing Windows applications and Web applications using C#/.Net/COM/ADOExperience/knowledge developing multi-threaded applications. Experience developing database backup strategies.Experience with the following a plus:  perl/awk, twiki/mediawiki and/or subversion.
