The DW architect has primary administrative responsibility for the logical and physical design of the warehouse environment. The data architect's strength lies in his or her ability to develop the vision of the logical / physical view of the warehouse and to mentor others on best practices for DW data structures.Creates and maintains the DW conceptual (or logical) model based on the business rules captured from the business requirement gathering sessions.Reviews project documentation to ensure proposed DW solutions are architected correctly and align properly to corporate standards. Required Skills: 7+ years experience in IT with 5+ yrs working indata warehousing environments and the development of DW architecture. Must have Data architecture, data modeling and data warehousing with 2 years of methodology exp, preferred Agile.
