THE ROLE

Netflix is looking for well spoken, dynamic individuals for our inbound Customer Service Representative positions. These are full time positions. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service over the phone. Candidates must be committed to excellence, customer savvy, passionate about the work that they do, and eager to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

SHIFTS
8:00pm – 4:30am, Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (Mon, Tue off)
9:00pm – 5:30am, Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat (Tue, Wed off)
All shifts are 5 days a week, we will negotiate your specific shift up front before we make you an offer.

TRAINING

Our training lasts for three weeks. Training hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The following detailed responsibilities reflect the need to meet the customer service demands of this rapidly growing company:
• Answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries in a quick, decisive and courteous manner
• Take ownership for individual statistics and other call center productivity and quality metrics
• Support and demonstrate commitment to quality principles
• Take responsibility to ensure each customer interaction is exceptional
• Accept coaching and feedback
• Interact positively with other team members
• Utilize proprietary systems to document and track customer interactions
• Adhere to schedule
• Follow call guidelines
• Utilize a headset for fielding phone calls while typing notes at the same time
• Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience. Prefer experience from inbound business to consumer call center, hospitality, restaurant, service or retail industries.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills.
• Strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Outlook
• Typing skills of no less than 35 words per minute
• Understanding of call center performance metrics a plus
• Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team
• Strong oral/written communications skills
• Must be decisive, results oriented
• Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker and problem resolution skills
• Ability to articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
• Motivated to be a consistent high performer
• You must be flexible to working various schedules and able to maintain a positive attendance record.
