ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES  Call Center Experience desired. Responds to customers by phone, fax, email or mail, answering all customer inquiries and issues. Completes any required paper or computer work to process activity on customer's accounts. Handles all inbound and outbound calls as required. Coordinates activity as needed between customer's account and other departments. Upholds all customer service standards and follows department policies to their best of their ability. Accurately records or reports all activity on customer's accounts. Recommends product or billing adjustment for customer's accounts as needed. Perform other administrative duties as requested by management  QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION · Minimum - a high school diploma or GED. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS · Ability type 40 wpm or better.· Very detailed oriented with a process-improvement perspective.· Handles special assignments as delegated by supervisor as relates to a work group. · Proficient in Internet· Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills· Works well under deadlines and in a regularly evolving atmosphere· Ability to work independently without direct supervision· Must be well versed in office etiquette.  Is a valid CA driver's license required to perform job duties? No COMPUTER SKILLS · Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.· Minimum and required - Intermediate Skills (word processing and basic spreadsheets)-  MS Word and Excel preferred.-  A customer referenced data base application COMPLEXITY OF ANALYSIS PERFORMED What type of analysis is typically required to solve problems?  Problem solving involves following established procedures, instructions, guidelines, manuals, and/or policies.  REASONING ABILITY What types of decision are regularly required on this job?  Make routine decisions based on direction provided by others.
