Description
National Marketing Resources is currently seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for their Northland office. This position requires 1 year of experience, and has a starting salary of $10.00 per hour. The hours of this position are 11 AM to 7 PM, M - F.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phones, and direct clients appropriately
• Client scheduling
• Enter orders into database
• Generate reports and email them appropriately
• General data entry
• Other administrative tasks as assigned



Requirements
The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills, good phone etiquette, ability to follow direction, and the ability to multi-task. Candidates must possess knowledge and/or experience in as many of the following areas as possible:

o Customer Service (at least 1 year experience)
o Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Outlook
o Adapt easily to change
o Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
o Ability to work as a team as well as individually
o Strong organizational skills
o Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
