Customer Service Proj Mgr-Portuguese & Spanish proficiency

Merrill DataSite is a complete and secure virtual deal room solution designed to optimize the due diligence process by overcoming the many limitations of a traditional paper-based data room. We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Customer Service Project Manager, with Portuguese & Spanish language proficiency, to join our St. Paul, MN team. SUMMARY Reports to DataSite Project Management Supervisor.  Primary focus is to independently and successfully manage a large volume of DataSite Projects, varying in scope from simple to complex. Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients.  Provides superior service, as well as technical and tactical expertise in client driven highly technical environment.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Interacts to consult with and advise clients on workflow and project processes by phone, email, or in person. Responsible for nurturing and developing effective and positive relationships with clients, including effectively identifying and anticipating client needs. Correlates, manipulates, renames and otherwise processes client files. Prepares and uploads client materials (hard and soft copy) to DataSite. Executes and maintains document and user security. Follows all applicable Best Practice and Workflow procedures. Works with appropriate internal departments on all facets of project preparation, execution, and issue escalation. Assists in monitoring progress and ensuring that project deliverables are accurate and timely. Ensures proper documentation for job tracking, work orders, project notes and billing information is accurate and timely. Assists other staff as directed. REQUIREMENTS Requires a demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations, and demonstrated ability to achieve results. Requires ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations, as well as the ability to thoroughly understand and train clients on the components of DataSite systems. Delegates and effectively utilizes support resources. Incumbents are detail oriented and adaptable and flexible to changing work environment. Requires ability to work within a team environment and multi task in a time sensitive and deadline driven highly technical environment. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment (including shift/location). Ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations. Demonstrated detail orientation and follow-through required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BA/BS degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Portuguese and Spanish.  Minimum of 2-3 previous experience in a client service environment. Proven technical skills and abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and web-related applications required.
