Customer Serv Representative

Job Description Manheim, the world's leading provider of used vehicle services with 145 locations in 15 countries is seeking an Online Coordinator in its Utah location. The Online Coordinator in this auction wholesale atmosphere must possess an extensive knowledge of web browser applications and other Microsoft Office packages. The primary responsibilities of this position are to coordinate all transactions within the online marketplace and to act on behalf o Operating Location to ensure successful transactions and provide quality services to Consignors and Dealers.

Responsibilities * Prepare and verify accurate vehicle information for listings through online channels including vehicle description, pricing and pictures as required.* Manage vehicle listings within expected service levels for the appropriate distribution channel (online submissions/postings, broadcasting, change management, delisting, etc.).* Identify sold units and facilitate transactions through completion.* Work with other Operating Location departments to assist in transaction completion, including Titling, Registration, Lot Operations, Recon, CR, Credit & Collections, etc.* First point of contact for Online Customer Support at the Operating Location* Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor. May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 -3 years experience required in online/technology/web browser fields. Must have knowledge of the automobile/auction industry. Strong communication, interaction skills, and problem solving required. Must have good orgiization skills, must be able to use general office equipment and ability to work independently with minimual supervision, while providing outstanding customer service. Proficient in the use of web browser and other Microsoft Office applications necessary. The physical demands require the ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Vision abilities include close, distance and depth perception. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
