Controller / Director of Finance

Director of Finance

Max fifteen - sixteen years experience with at least two years in a professional services industry *



Experience in handling client contracts / NDA review & negotiations. *



Good financial analytical capabilities. (Manage the Remote Close of the Books in Utah)



Need to have a familiarity with US Corporate taxation issues.



Good computer skills, especially on MS office and accounting



International and specifically India exposure is a plus.



10%-15% travel expected (4X's to Utah, 1X to UK - CFO there, 1X to India - Service Operation there)



8. Prefer CPA or MBA in Finance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate, develop, and recommend fiscal policy that will result in sound fiscal management. Analyze, interpret, and communicate financial operating results.  Maintain all official accounting records in conformance with GAAP Oversee the US operation of the finance/payroll and analyze and make recommendations as needed.  Act as a liaison between India parent company and US auditors, tax authorities and lawyers.  Coordinate the annual audit and prepare the Annual Financial Report. Will finalize sales and margin target finalization, provide guidance on deal price clearance, and help in calculation of commissions and other related issues.  Responsible for reviewing contracts and NDA’s for the company and facilitating required negotiations.
