We want to work with great people who are able to follow directions while working independently and who are able to keep up with our fast-paced environment.Requirements: •College degree•1-2 years of experience supporting an online community. Additional editorial and/or online community experience strongly preferred•Excellent people skills and the ability to resolve user issues diplomatically•Ability to work independently, anticipate problems and devise creative solutions•Excellent command of the English language and ability to exercise editorial judgment•Strong time management/prioritization skills and multi-tasking ability•Experience working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel•Knowledge of French, Italian, German or Spanish preferred Responsibilities will include:•Monitoring incoming user-generated content and resolving escalated issues•Providing e-mail support to our community of users•Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating bug reports to engineering team•Monitoring user feedback and helping to communicate user needs to appropriate teams•Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessaryThis is not a telecommuting job.
