Contact Center Agents- Leasing and Service

Summary: This inbound, inside sales and service position requires a highly motivated, high energy sales and service professional.  This goal-oriented individual assists prospects across the United Sates by providing detailed information about specific apartment homes and scheduling leasing appointments.  This customer service-focused individual also assists residents of apartment communities calling with requests for facilities service.   No cold calls! This position requires dynamic, customer focused, sales and service professionals that possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills demonstrated by passion for providing outstanding customer service, effective sales closing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with prospects on every inbound call consistently. RealPage offers a competitive salary and benefits including but not liminted to medical, dental, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and tuition reimbursement.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to: Â§ Qualifying each client lead and successfully gaining an appointment to visit the community§ Enthusiastically engaging each caller and representing the community in a highly professional manner§ Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information regarding apartment communities, amenities, and specific apartment homes§ Capturing accurate and legible documentation on all call activity in the CrossFire system as required§ Answering and assisting with emergency callbacks from on-site clients§ Accurately documenting service issues as described by residents§ Effectively monitor open tickets until proper resolution is achieved§ Respond rapidly and accurately to on-line requests for information from prospective residents§ Escalate issues in accordance to Contact Center guidelines when necessary§ Consistently maintaining departmental standards for quality§ Achieving defined productivity goals  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES§ At least one year of proven sales success (may include inbound sales, retail sales, etc.)§ Dynamic inbound sales and telephone skills § Strong customer service and listening skills § Demonstrated strengths in verbal and written communication skills including appropriate grammar and punctuation§ Ability to communicate empathy and confidence in both in-bound and out-bound contact center environments§ Persistent in ensuring issues are resolved accurate, effectively and timely§ Ability to clearly and effectively maintain and update online documentation§ Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision§ Detail-oriented and flexible§ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer§ Flexibility to work various required shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24 hour/7 day per week environment§ Flexibility to work overtime as required§ Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and accurately capture detailed information§ Able to maintain focus and enthusiasm throughout shift assignment§ Apartment leasing experience is a plus§ Bilingual skills a plus§ Previous contact center experience is preferred§ Able to sit for extended periods of time Job Information Job Title: Contact Center Agents- Leasing and Service Company: RealPage Inc Location: Carrollton, TX Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Contact Information Company: RealPage Inc Email: Apply by Email Address: 4000 International ParkwayCarrollton,TX 75007
