Compensation Program Manager

Description:Working collaboratively with members of the compensation and HR systems teams this individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of eBay’s global compensation programs from start to finish.Primary programs include:• Annual salary and equity focal programs• Semi-annual incentive program• Annual salary planning and merit budget process• Out-of-Cycle pay increases and promotionsIn addition, this position will:• Act as the lead for all compensation-related system development and enhancement initiatives• Prepare quarterly equity compensation reports and forecasts• Develop and maintain an internal executive compensation database• Manage compliance relating to SOX 404 audit and internal controls• Assist in executive compensation projects as needs arise and provide ad-hoc executive compensation and equity compensation support and analysis Qualifications:The successful candidate will have:• Excellent analytical, quantitative skills• Excellent verbal and written communication• Desire to provide proactive solutions and continuous improvements through technology• Team/customer-service orientation and ability to influence at all levels of the organization• Excellent project management experience• 8+ years of relevant work experience• Ability to thrive in a fact-paced, high growth environment• Passion for eBay products (eBay, PayPal, Skype, StubHub, etc.)Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: San Jose, CAJob Number: RUSAEBAY7248-616602Company URL: http://www.ebaycareers.com Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience Job Location:  Silicon Valley/San Jose, CA 95121 Job Number:  29758BR.1072 Company URL:  http://www.ebaycareers.com
