Job Summary:
Job Summary: The Employee in this position will excel at problem solving skills and have a drive for resolving issues that may not have a clear answer from the start. The importance of being a team-player with good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills cannot be emphasized enough. As a Client Support Specialist for Mediaplex, you will gain skills in the areas of Software support in the Advertising and Accounting industry. You will possess strong problem solving skills, an eagerness to learn and become an expert in Mediaplex products, and have the ability to manage client requests through professional written and oral communication, You will interact with clients on the phone and via email to answer their questions and resolve issues. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to consult with clients to determine best methods for product use, deliver training at our clients' locations and via the web, implement new products and provide sales support. Your ability to be a team player is essential. You will need to learn quickly and multitask in a fast paced environment. Strong problem solving skills are required to be successful in this position. You will have the ability to work independently, not be micro-managed and travel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Identify system issues and escalate to senior team members as needed
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects including help ticket management, client training, product implementation assignments, sales support, and consulting activities
• Telephone and email response to product support requests
• Training to Mediaplex clients and internal resources on the use of Mediaplex products
• Knowledge base entries and management
• Assistance to implementation managers related to product functionality and use
• Product presentations and technical support to the sales team






Required Education and Experience:
Requirements

• BA/BS preferred (or related industry experience)
• 3 + years experience in software technical support
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Marketing and/or advertising agency experience a plus
• Client media accounting experience a plus
• Media planning / buying experience a plus
