Job Summary:
Commission Junctions Client Support Associate is to monitor all aspects of Advertiser Compliance, including tracking, data transfer, and reversal rates. The CSA will manage deactivation requests from Advertisers, and ensure that all deactivation guidelines and procedures are followed. The CSA will be responsible for communicating with Advertisers regarding any compliance issues, working with Advertisers to get the issues fixed, and calculating any down tracking estimates or deactivation fees.

- possess a strong understanding of CJ's business model, affiliate marketing and the tactics our customers use to make money
- ability to execute and resolve/complete issues/requests in a timely manner
- ability to read and analyze reports and make the necessary decisions based on analysis
- pay close attention to detail and also be able to see the big picture in order to identify patterns and quality/compliance issues that need to be mitigated,

- use sound judgment in making business decisions relating to actions taken on our customers and how they will be communicated to,

Required Education and Experience:
HS Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
