Client Executive - Western Region
Web-based Training Company seeks a Client Executive to focus on selling a world-class e-learning solution to HR, Training, and Manufacturing Executives in Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies in the Western United States. Current territory consists of 10 western states.
Tooling U (www.toolingu.com) is a fast growing company which provides a comprehensive suite of learning products and services to the manufacturing industry that is uniquely designed to meet the skill and capability requirements of the manufacturing industry’s workforce. Today with the retiring workforce and need for trained workforce, the demand in all of the skilled areas of manufacturing is increasing a rapid pace.
Qualifications:
· The Client Executive must have prior enterprise sales experience, preferably in the eLearning, training, or technology industry, and experience selling to middle and senior level managers in a consultative sales environment.
· Experience selling to Manufacturing Executives in the Fortune 1000 segment.
· Remote office and large geography management experience.
· Early stage and high growth company experience preferred.
· Excellent time and territory management skills.
· Good organizational skills.
· BA/BS degree required.
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
· Utilizing CRM systems when tracking customers and prospects preferably Salesforce.com
Job Description:
A Tooling U Client Executive (CE) is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities for Tooling U. In this role, a CE is expected to maintain a pipeline of qualified accounts within the assigned territory. The CE is responsible for conducting Tooling U business within the assigned territory in such a manner that maximizes Tooling U’s long-term sales and profit potential in that territory. As appropriate, the CE’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Prospecting, and new customer development, through an outbound phone and face to face sales approach to identify new Learning Solutions opportunities.
· Customer Presentations, Solutions Design, Solution Demonstrations.
· Contracts, Pricing and Territory Administration.
· Proposal writing, contracts, internal meeting, training & other administrative duties.
· Achieving assigned sales targets within the monthly and annual time-frame.
· Prospecting accounts in the territory to uncover new opportunities.
· Renewing, maintaining and growing the current base revenue stream
· Developing and maintaining within SF.com an account profile on every account
· Documenting all activities and new business forecast within SF.com
