 NameMedia is seeking a customer-focused Sales/Business Operations Manager.  The selected candidate will facilitate the quality and efficiency of operations for NameMedia’s two award-winning domain marketplace properties, BuyDomains.com and Afternic.com. .

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a customer-centric, sales operations team.Responsibilities

· Management responsibility for NameMedia marketplace CRM system

· Design, analyze, and communicate actionable business trends to senior management

· Work collaboratively with sales, product, and marketing teams to insure customer feedback is incorporated effectively in overall business tactics

· Understand and apply quality improvement methods

· Collaborate with Finance Team to reconcile monthly accounting statements Requirements

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills

· Ability to succeed  in a fast paced, dynamic, and results oriented professional environment Demonstrated success driving sales programs and/or tools. Detail-oriented and organized. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

· Experience within an online transaction-based ecommerce based industry.  Proven track record in setting and achieving quantifiable product performance objectives

· Bachelors Degree required; MBA a plus

· Familiarity with SMB (small & medium business) marketplace a plus
