Business Analyst- Risk Management

Expectations:
The expectation is that the candidate must have 8 to 10 or more years of relevant experience. Credit risk professionals with relevant experience in banking/financial markets at a commercial bank/ investment bank/rating agency /consulting firm/accounting firm will be appropriate. Experience in estimation of regulatory capital as per the Basel II framework, securitization and credit derivatives, credit appraisal and credit management functions would be preferred. Knowledge of SDLC and project management skills would be useful.

Preferred education: MBA / CA or master's degree (in finance, mathematics, engineering, physics or economics.) and/or risk certifications like FRM or PRM.

Job Requirements:

**Excellent oral and written communication Skills - Ability to communicate and get buy-in from Finance and Risk Business Users across regions;
**Experience in identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective;
**Translate / Validate business requirements with technology;
**Experience in preparing and executing test plans;
**Expertise in Credit Risk;
**Basic product knowledge and accounting skills. Prior exposure to financial reporting, GL, corporate and investment bank product line;
**Experience in Risk and Finance systems in general Strong team player and facilitator who can work with minimum supervision;
**Flexibility to handle multiple streams and changing priorities
Ability to decipher business process flows into IT terminology and vice versa;
Experience in working with overseas clients.
