As an Associate Art Director, you'll be on the front lines of our fast-track member-acquisition and promotional efforts. You will create cutting-edge graphics, clickable banner ads and high-conversion direct response marketing landing pages. You'll also be able to inject your personal design flair into high-performing creative solutions while resizing, versioning and improving an extensive portfolio of digital marketing assets. Best of all, you'll be able to see your work daily on today's most popular websites, social networks and mail applications.

 

Do you have the digital design chops to join our team? Tell us about — and show us — your proven web design skills, exceptional technical know-how, and successful history of collaborating with copywriters, other designers and outside marketing groups.


Requirements:

 

·  4+ years experience developing interactive banners and web pages, preferably in a direct response marketing environment

·  Must have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite Web Edition, including Flash and actionscripting, with the ability to train and mentor with these applications

·  Solid understanding of web usability (UXP) best practices

·  Capable of assisting in the supervision of junior team members

·  Exceptional attention to detail

·  Ability to manage work effectively to meet deadlines

·  Ability to multitask

·  Ability to code pages from provided mock ups, strongly preferred
