Affiliate Marketing Manager

We partner with a large portfolio of leading consumer brands to create the stores and drive online sales of wireless products and services.LetsTalk.com is looking for a motivated individual to help grow the Letstalk.com affiliate business unit. You will handle daily projects to maintain and grow a portfolio of affiliates (direct and indirect) to maximize scale and profitability. We are looking for an individual with the ability to function in a sales and account management role who takes a results oriented approach. This position is an excellent opportunity to help build and mange a strong affiliate programs in a fast-growing company.   Responsibilities• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of affiliates• Manage and optimize existing affiliate partner relationships• Manage sales forecasts, deal term structures, and develop financial models to determine effectiveness of affiliates• Work with the affiliate marketing team internally and with agency partners to achieve quarterly sales goals• Develop relationships to cultivate strategic alliances and ensure affiliate retention• Coordinates all affiliate communication, affiliate recruitment, reporting, tracking, contract negotiations. Requirements• 2+ years of relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, online marketing, or account management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships• Experience with a wide variety of distribution vehicles such as offline advertising, search, lead generation, affiliate marketing• Strong analytical and decision making skills and experience• Experience working with affiliate marketing tools such as CJ or LinkShare a plus• Must be fluent with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs• Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment  LetsTalk.com offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, including 401K, pre-IPO stock options, and generous employee discounts on cell phones and accessories.
