Job Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will focus on securing and maximizing the profits of CPA/CPC/CPM media buys for our publishers. This person will identify and evaluate distribution opportunities and set up media campaigns with the goal of profitable lead generation and new customer acquisition for specific advertisers. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will actively monitor the performance of campaigns and make recommendations to maximize success. He/She will be responsible for achieving forecasted revenue growth for the channel and leveraging our publisher relationships to maximize results.



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Report successes, trends, obstacles and failures.
•Build strong communication through relationship building skills.
•Continuously source, evaluate, and execute new online media opportunities, developing a suite of sustainable scalable partnerships.
•Manage to budget and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals to cost-effectively manage ROI.
•Evaluate Internet media opportunities and identify those whose audiences match the company's target customer profile.
•Analyze multiple sources of internal and external data to assist in buying and deal-development decisions.
•Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase online distribution for lead generation campaigns on publisher websites.
•Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
•Manage large affiliate relationships and maximize benefits across all partners.
•Recruit new affiliates and expand performance of current partners.
•Negotiate and review affiliate agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc.)
•Analyze program growth.
•Identify areas for optimization.
•Account development and revenue growth.





Required Education and Experience:
•Technical ability with Excel.
•Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics; and, make decisions regarding direction based on analysis.
•Excellent project management and time management skills. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
•Demonstrated, effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills.
•Exceptional customer focus and be confident in communicators in phone, written and face-to-face settings.
•Excellent telephone and computer skills
•Ability to learn and contribute quickly.
•Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
•Must enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
•BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
