Advertising Operations Manager

FiLife, a joint venture of IAC and Dow Jones, was launched in 2008. The site aims to be the dominant player in online personal-finance information and services. It will do this by serving up personalized content and product information to users to help them make better financial decisions. FiLife features rich tools, original editorial content, a robust product database and a vibrant community of users.IAC was recognized by Fortune Magazine as the most admired company in the Internet Services and Retailing Industry for both 2007 & 2008. In this role the Advertising Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the FiLife online advertising campaigns from start to finish. This position will report directly in to the VP of Lead Generation & Sales, whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to solve client problems, improve processes, and manage and optimize advertising campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on achieving amazing results and working together to drive value for our clients. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Â· Trafficking of new ad campaigns· Creative set up· Monitoring campaigns · Suggesting/implementing campaign optimizations; · Assisting Internal/External Clients and monitoring ad-related functionality on site, · Working with sales on proposals, insertion orders; problem-solving/project management;· Working with the marketing/product team on projects.Requirements: 4 Year Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years working in an ad serving environment Start-up experience a plus Experience with Google Ad Manager ++ Analysis of reporting metrics Ability to implement & run reports
