We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with the skills and aptitude to work on a variety of projects and initiatives; prepare and gather data for various reports; design and prepare top of the line presentations; and prepare, organize and manage the president’s schedule.

 

What we need is some one who is a quick learner, has a degree in Business Administration preferred, excellent communication skills; is both business and financially savvy; able to create, manage and maintain complex Excel reports; and be proficient in Access and PowerPoint.  This is for someone who has a take charge and gets it done attitude.
