JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the CleverPear consulting team, the individual selected to fill this new position will work to increase software consulting sales by proactively pursuing, engaging and managing marketing and interactive advertising agencies and target end user accounts. A high degree of work independence and self starting ability is expected. The successful candidate will be highly compensated for meeting aggressive sales quotas. The Account Executive will work out of his/her home office and will include the following responsibilities: Deliver sales revenue in excess of quota Drive consulting sales by pursuing leads and managing existing clientsBe an evangelist for CleverPear Identify, analyze, and engage and qualify new prospective Clients.Provide executive level account management to ClientsProactively engage Clients for on-going services and solutions.Establish trusted relationships with ClientsAbility to facilitate and lead meetings between the Company’s development team and Client’s Directors of Marketing and Directors of Technology.Coordinate development of proposals for ClientsRemain actively involved in key projects through implementation and receivables collection.Maintain Client and project status information in CRM systemAdhere to Company’s sales processes and sales methodology.Create accurate sales forecasts and participate in periodic sales meeting. Some travel required
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:7+ years of documented successful sales experience. 5 years of Advertising Agency sales experience, including managing accounts and developing new business in an Interactive Agency setting.Broad knowledge of the Interactive web industry landscape, online branding and industry trends.Proactive knowledge building and awareness of latest technology developments, trends and advancements.Proven ability to learn the Company's business, vision, objectives, strategies, competitors and target markets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superior organizational and time management skills.Candidate should have a strong preference for a results orientated, entrepreneurial environment.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.College degree preferred, majoring in Marketing or similar discipline. MBA is a plus.Solid references pertaining to sales skills and integrity required.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
$100,000+ on target annual earnings, (salary & commission).
