API/Web Application Developer

Job Scope:

We are one of the largest growing electronic accessories E-commerce company located in Southern California.  We are currently seeking for a new position for API/Web Application developer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysis, design and development of an API and services for product information. Candidate must have a solid understanding of designing APIs (familiar with eBay, Amazon and varied Google APIs) and Web Services for extensibility,performance and interoperability; Front End (GUI) development of web controls and knowledge of specific web development platforms and languages; Back end SQL development of database application and its inherent connection devices; Other duties may include: Creating the designing specification, algorithm and application testing.

 

 

Qualification:

 

* BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred. 

* Professional experience with designing and developing enterprise-level applications in C# and ASP.NET that interact with SQL Server databases and understanding web interface/usability/cross-platform issues. 

* Good knowledge of database programming, tuning and scripting, logical database design, SQL, stored procedures and relational database concepts. 

* Proficiency in HTML,Java script, XML, CSS. 

* Ability to use and create Web Service APIs for use in an eBusiness solution. 

* Experience with Cold Fusion, Ajax,Action Script, PHP, IIS, Database administration, Knowledge of Crystal report is a plus. 

* Strong communication,problem analysis/resolution skills. 

* Excellent time management and be able to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities. 

* Sample work portfolios are required.
