Workers' Compensation Supervisor / Team Lead

Wright Risk Management offers an excellent career opportunity as a workers’ compensation claims supervisor. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to: providing client claim workshop/presentation, mentoring and/or training team members, manage complex cases, develop subrogation & third party recovery potential, participate in claim review, analyze claims activities and prepare reports for clients and/or management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of experience in adjusting New York workers’ compensation claims.  A Bachelors degree and New York State Independent Casualty Insurance Adjuster license is required.  Industry designations preferred. 

Candidate must have excellent organization skills, time management, detail orientation, mentoring skills, and have a strong ability to identify, analyze and implement a course of action based on the best claim practices to resolve problems. 

Should possess the ability to work independently with a team attitude and have effective interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors and management.   

Diverse knowledge of technical subjects.
