We have a permanent opportunity for a Workers' Compensation professional in our Signal Hill, CA location! If you have 1+ years experience in Worker's Compensation claims, possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, provide excellent customer service and are a team player, we want to see your resume!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assisting Examiners with a caseload Performing Litigation Setups Responsible for File and Serves Prepare Benefit Notices Handling Lien Objections Servicing Requests for Records Performing Setup of Investigation Referrals Handling Rehabilitation Closures Conducting Status Calls on injured patients Processing Medical Only files:  requesting all items the file requires such as the 5020 (Employers Report), the claims form, the doctor's first report, etc.  These cases have no lost time. Setup doctor appointments Conduct follow up to doctor appointments Make payments on medical only files

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must maintain a professional appearance. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service oriented skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently, yet as a team member and reliability are necessary attributes.  Must maintain a professional team-player mentality.Must possess a loyal and dedicated work ethic.CA Workers' Compensation Claims experience preferred.

EDUCATION:Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma. Must have knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel.
