Work Comp Claims Adjuster

Our client provides claim handling and complete administrative services to companies. Their state-of-the-art technology allows them to manage claims thoroughly and effectively. They are experiencing exceptional growth and have created new positions for an experienced Workers Compensation Adjuster.

They are a very successful, growing and highly respected TPA. The retention rate of their clients is outstanding. Their adjusters work with individual clients, vs. handling territories or states like other companies/carriers. What this does is cement excellent working and social relationships between the adjuster and the client. Football games, baseball games, sporting events, dinners, barbeques, etc. with their clients are not out of the ordinary for their adjusters. They offer a very professional work environment with a company that is experiencing phenomenal growth. They are located in a small community that offers an incredible amount of advantages over bigger cities, first and foremost a fantastic place to raise a family. They offer compensation packages that are competitive with anyone in the industry, and as a privately held organization they are in a position to reward success like no major carrier or large TPA can.

Workers Compensation Adjuster Qualifications

Around three (3) or more years experience handling Workers Compensation claims.

A Bachelor's Degree is required and Insurance Industry education is preferred.
