The candidate will be responsible for the business development, underwriting, servicing and management of National and Commercial account primary domestic casualty exposures of both Foreign and Domestic based organizations. Program types include guaranteed cost, deductibles and retros.Minimum of five years Casualty underwriting experience with three years of experience with highly technical risks for Worker's Compensation, General Liability and Automobile. Risk Management underwriting experience (deductibles, retro captives) and in-depth knowledge of coverages and loss analysis.Computer literate. Experience with AIG DMS system would be a plus.Strong underwriting documentation capabilities.Strong account service capabilities and relationship management skills.Excellent marketing skills and existing broker relationships in the Boston territory are required.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
