- Supervises activities of levels 10 ? 13 Business Analysts. Ensures work is evenly distributed among team. Prepare and deliver performance appraisals. Work with Senior staff members to develop career paths. Communicate career paths and establish work plans to achieve the goals identified.
- Responsible for complex, large scope analyst projects to include gathering requirements, documenting needs, acceptance testing of modification and problem resolution. Responsible to manage individual projects and work flows. Must achieve deadlines established by direct manager.
- Communicates modification requirements to system vendor. Work with vendors in resource and project management. Works with vendor in daily resolution of project issues/progress.
- Oversee the production support items for the Systems team. Required to manage and facilitate progress on all production issues across the Admin. systems. Support process of monitoring reports, edit lists and output to assure quality and systems integrity and to prevent financial liability.
- Coordinate all Systems team reporting. This will include weekly status reporting to supervisor, various Ad Hoc requests as needed and management reporting regarding project deliverables and plans for current and future years.
- Compile results from research of system functionality to accommodate complex and sensitive requests, inquiries and complaints by producers and/or clients and provide to Directors.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Access a must. Advanced skill level preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
- Series 6 designation is required within first 6 months of employment.
- College degree required.
