**Two Permanent-Part-Time Technical Service Center Representatives (Level 1 Helpdesk) - Immediate Need**Technical Service Center Representative - Scottsdale, AZ (Indian School and Scottsdale Road)Requisition # 95284 - The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 2:00PM to 6:00PM Pacific Time(Shift will be change to 3PM to 7PM when AZ moves from Pacific Time to Moutain Time).This position can also be filled in Cranberry, PA - Shift is 5PM to 9PM Eastern Time.As a permanent, part-time employee this position offers exceptional benefits including Coventry subsidized medical and dental insurance effective your first day of employment. We also have a group vision plan as well as flexible spending for Medical and Dependent care (FSA plans).GENERAL SUMMARY Provides first-level guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of all systems applications, and hardware and software installed or maintained by IT. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides front-line support at the desktop for PC’s, monitors, printers and desktop software (moves, adds, changes and troubleshooting problems). - Performs duties within guidelines to maintain customer satisfaction ratios. - Administers control center software. - Answers all incoming calls to the control center. - Provides internal/external clients with both professional and courteous service. - Determines nature of request, resolves and/or dispatches per documented procedures. - Provides client notification of system, application and hardware availability. - Assesses and logs required information to resolve client requests. - Builds and maintains all accounts on legacy systems. - Performs other duties as required. JOB SPECIFICATIONS - Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience (usually 1+ years) in supporting Windows, MS Office, PC hardware/software and printers. - Usually 1-2 years experience in a customer service setting. - Advanced PC troubleshooting skills.
