As a Traffic Specialist you will monitor a Nationwide Contact Center workforce management system, input data and manage performance statistics to ensure organizational service level goals are met. You will create and route timely reports on service level results and will facilitate daily changes and actions implemented to mitigate staffing changes. You will analyze forecasted data and compare it to actual data on a daily basis. You will lead communication efforts amongst several departments and will proactively engage all stakeholders involved in effectively managing a dynamic workforce environment. We are looking for someone with:A high attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong ability to enable work processes, advanced typing skills and computing skills in Microsoft Office, proactive and effective communication skills, tenacious multi-tasking ability, proven analytical skills and a high level of business acumen in areas such as Claims, Contact Center Operations, or Workforce Management Information Systems - including experience with systems such as Centre VUE, IEX and Avaya are preferred.
