Title Evidence Analyst

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for the review of title evidence in difficult or complex cases to insure that the foreclosure of the Deed of Trust vests the client with insurable title.

Principal Accountabilities:  1. Perform examination of title evidence in accordance with all legal mandates and regulatory guidelines, analyzing available evidence to determine that all relevant documentation is acquired and title evidence is complete. 2 Use on-line information services as needed. 3. Communicate with vendors as needed. 4. Perform additional duties as requested. 5. Responds to title related inquiries from BBWCDF Foreclosure and clients.

Position Preferences:  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2. Two to Five years abstracting experience. 3. Must be PC literate and able to rapidly adapt to a variety of data base systems. 4. Excellent communication skills.
