Our Teleservices team receives inbound calls from prospects, as well as field agents. You will work with existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts resulting in sales opportunities. There is no cold calling involved. We support you with complete product training, proven marketing methods and a systematic sales approach. You will be provided all the tools and resources to be successful without any of the costly start-up or overhead expenses.

What we offer: Base Hourly pay, plus team bonuses. Actual income potential is unlimited. Health & Dental benefits, paid vacation and paid holidays after 90 days.
Shifts: Full Time available, Flexible Hours
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm with some availability for evenings
Qualifications:
· You must hold a valid North Carolina Property & Casualty Producer license.
· Proven sales skills or high desire with indicated ability to learn sales
· Strong, clear verbal and written skills. Solid typing and computer keyboard skills are required. Familiarity with MS office products extremely helpful.
· Must speak, read and write perfect English. If you also speak Spanish, that’s a plus!
· Be able to pass a background check (insurance is a locally regulated industry requiring individuals to pass in-depth background reviews)
· Prior call center, insurance or financial services sales experience a plus.
· Must be ready, willing and able to adhere to procedures, scripts and rules of conduct in a fast-paced call center environment. A can-do attitude is essential to success!
