Liberty Mutual is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to provide program design, development and delivery expertise for technical training programs frot he organization.Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement new training programs including needs assessment, curriculum design, training strategies and program delivery. Determine needs for training and develops new seminar/workshop agendas. Serve as project manager on large programs and as team member on other programs.May conduct seminars, conferences, monitor sessions, and evaluate instructors and participants. Conduct technical training programs, seminars and conferences for higher level management.Research, write and develop instructor and participant/user manuals and materials for new training programs; review, evaluate and modify existing and proposed programs and recommends appropriate changes.Design and administer training and development surveys to determine training program effectivenessEvaluate and research new technologies and emerging training issues; may make recommendations to enhance or create new training programs.May provide feedback on employees training results to line management. May make recommendations to management on the development of staff on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 7 or more years of Training experience is required. Advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated success as an instructional/program development specialist or senior trainer. Demonstrated success in designing and delivering individual, organizational and training programs. Extensive facilitation experience and training. Knowledge of needs analysis; instructional/program design, development and evaluation; and adult learning concepts and learning methodologies including instructional technology is preferred.
