Within the Workers Compensation Claims Department you will have the opportunity to work side by side with experienced professionals who deliver the highest-quality services to our customers, helping them live safer, more secure lives.  Claims Support Associate As a Workers Compensation Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for obtaining information about accidents from customers and claimants through telephone and written reports. You will work closely to support the claims case managers. You will secure the facts about the accident, assess liability, negotiate settlements and communicate decisions to our policyholders and claimants.  To assist you in mastering your assignments, Liberty offers nationally recognized training programs. Qualifications: To be successful as a member of our exceptional Claims team, candidates should have good oral and telephone communication skills as well as excellent typing skills. High school diploma plus 1 to 3 years related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge. Licensing required for some states.
