Job Description:

Our client, a well established national group insurance brokerage firm has retained our services to assist them in locating a Team Leader to join their team.  The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of 4 consisting of senior and junior level account managers as well as assisting in the servicing of a $1.5 to $2 million book of business. It is also expected that the Team Leader along with his/her team will comfortably build relationships with C-level client contacts.  The selected individual will be responsible for working with groups ranging from 100 to 5,000 employees.

Requirements:Must have experience managing a service team in the employee benefits industry working with clients of at least 100 employees.Must currently be working in a similar position at a broker, TPA or carrier focusing on group medical insurance. Strong leadership skills.Detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ability to work with C-level decision makers. Comfortable conducting large group presentations. Bachelor's degree is a must. Active Life and Health Licenses are required.

Compensation:

Our client offers a very competitive compensation package consisting of six figure base salary plus bonus and a full benefits package.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
