You will prioritize and manage workload to ensure assignments address the objectives of the company, department, and customers. Responsibilities:  Responsible for day-to-day supervision and performance management of a team.  Manage workflow and account distribution.  Monitor and prioritize team workload. Use the objective setting and performance evaluation processes to ensure employees understand the expectations, receive regular feedback, and are appropriately rewarded. Deal decisively with performance and/or conduct issues using the performance management process. Partner with other departments to ensure system solutions meet customer needs. Resolve escalated customer problems/issues on an ongoing basis.  Troubleshoot the most complex product functionality and data problems. Support customer accounts, including consultation on integration opportunities. Responsible for analyzing the most complex customer reporting requirements and developing business requirements. Keep abreast of competitive development and service capabilities to ensure department maintains a position of leadership in the industryQualifications: Bachleor's Degree or equivalent Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and get work done through others; in depth knowledge of knowledge of RMIS services/products, PCs and related software; effective customer service, communication, organizational and problem solving skills 5+ years of related experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
