Staff Underwriting Specialist

They seek an experienced underwriting specialist to join their team.

As Underwriting Specialist

You develop and lead underwriting and pricing programs

You serve as the technical expert for general underwriting, policy issuance, and application automation

You perform quality assurance reviews, annually update the company's Best Practices Guide, and communication database and policy changes to the underwriters

Underwriting Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience plus three (3) or more years in a similar underwriting role

Knowledge of workers compensation risks is important including NCCI and Montana state specific regulations
