Sr. Programmer Analyst/Project Manager

Role:  Senior Programmer AnalystAs a Senior Programmer Analyst, the applicant is responsible for providing quality application solutions with a high degree of customer service.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. General areas of responsibility include:  Design, Code and Test systems solutions based on requirement specifications Review and interpret business requirements document Maintain system documentation (both within the code and within technical design documents) to enable ease of analysis for future development Participates in the planning, design, development, and implementation of information solutions to address business opportunities Develop web-based applications using Microsoft Development technologies and a variety of database platforms. Analyze System issues and design, Code and Test system solutions which will resolve the issue Analyze requirements and determine how it will affect new or existing systems. Understanding of software development life cycle. Create a positive and professional business relationship  Role:  Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, the applicant is responsible for coordinating with the development team and customer to define the scope of work for assigned projects and develop statements of work, work breakdown structures, task estimates, and specific tasks and milestones to implement projects. · Identify assumptions and constraints (technical, schedule, resource, and budget) for the project.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. General areas of responsibility include:· Develop Risk Register and Risk Response plans for project.  · Communicate all pertinent information to the development team and all stakeholders. · Assign and approve tasks to be completed by members of the development team.· Provide feedback to employees on performance provide input to performance appraisals. · Monitor, control, and communicate to management the status of projects.  QualificationsTechnical knowledge and documented experience including: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Experience with .NET framework, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, in .NET 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 Strong SQL skills, Stored Procedures, views Prefer experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 Prefer experience with Oracle 10G Experience with VB6 highly desirable Ability to work with team members to understand the business requirements and to assist with the development of effective solutions to meet the clients needs Knowledge of software development methodologies Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a team environment Prefer experience with Microsoft Project Prefer previous project management experience.
