Sr Insurance Program Manager

We currently have an open position for a Senior Program Manager for the insurance programs: term life products, accidental death and dismemberment, accident disability, hospital short term recovery, and a comprehensive accident plan.

Our clients's employee benefit package is one of the best in the industry. They provide fully paid medical insurance coverage for each employee and his/her entire family. They have a defined benefit plan pension fully paid by the employer - no employee contributions. Position Qualifications

 

1.  Must hold current insurance agent license

2.  Extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, including contract negotiations

3.  Thorough knowledge of life insurance products and features

4.  Thorough knowledge of insurance financial accounting

5.  Previous budgetary and financial responsibility for insurance products

6.  Thorough knowledge of insurance industry operations and customer service, including underwriting, billing, claims and reporting.

7.  Excellent written and oral communications skills

8.  Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint

9.  High level of attention to details

10.  High level of accuracy

11.  Strong organizational and project management skills

12. Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority tasks and meet deadlines
