Sr. Enterprise Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Level 2 technical support for Enterprise systems. Enterprise systems include ERP (Oracle Financials), CRM (Goldmine and Clientele), and subscription management (Eclipsenet).
• Responsible for customizations and improvements to Enterprise systems. Negotiate and establish priorities with internal business owners. Follow documented change control and testing procedures as part of all production modifications.
• Create and maintain product and process documentation in source control database. Required documentation for each system includes design documentations, user manuals, policies & procedures, training materials, test plans, change control orders, operations plans and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Control access to ERP, CRM and subscription management systems.
• Work closely with DBA staff to maintain the backend databases for each system.
• Make recommendation for enhancements to Enterprise systems.
• On-call support for mission critical applications.
• Ensure adherence to company’s IT policies and procedures.
• Responsible for support of business and IT processes for Sarbanes Oxley compliance of financial reporting systems.
• Other duties as required

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years experience working with ERP system
2+ years of SQL DBA experience preferred

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must have extensive knowledge of ERP and CRM packages. Experience with Oracle Financials, Axapta, Eclipsenet, Goldmine, Clientele and Infranet preferred. Must have strong SQL 2000 and 2005 skills.

EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS:
Required: General knowledge of MS Office applications.
