(Sr) Compliance Analyst
Our client is an innovative, direct-to-consumer life insurance company that designs and markets new products tailored to meet the needs of the middle-income American consumer. The company is well-funded and has very aggressive growth plans for the next 3 to 5 years. They currently offer an opportunity to join this unique and dynamic organization as a (Sr) Compliance Analyst. In this role you will have responsibility for: the day-to-day relationships with regulators. Policy language for new products. Review of marketing material for compliance. Review of, analysis of and evaluation of new and revised legislation to determine impact on various business units.
Compliance Analyst Responsibilities to include:
Drafting of policy forms, applications, riders, endorsements
Answering of state objections and gaining regulatory approval from state insurance departments
Review of marketing and state licensing materials to ensure compliance
Gaining regulatory approval of marketing material where required
Compliance Analyst Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in life insurance compliance.
College degree required.
Professional designation, such as: AIRC, FLMI or CLU a plus.
Strong working knowledge of individual life products.
Knowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance issues required.
