USAA is currently seeking a talented Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst for our San Antonio, TX location. As a Sr. Competitive Analyst for USAA, you will work with senior leadership to identify key competitive intelligence requirements. You will manage a wide range of professionals and practitioners in intelligence collection activities. You will analyze information from sources, assess the value of those sources and merge with insight related to USAA. You will identify, plan and manage competitive intelligence activities. You will ensure application of ''best-in-class'' competitive intelligence methodologies to address industry issues. You will serve as the key source for competitive intelligence information for specific products/lines of business at USAA. You will debrief, present and interview senior leaders related to the intelligence cycle and advise them on next steps. Qualified candidates need to possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in competitive analysis/intelligence. Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior business leaders. Highly developed critical thinking/analysis skills and the ability to identify trends. Preferred experience includes: Graduate degree (particularly MBA/Information Science). Consulting experience and/or experience working for a Fortune 500 financial services company. Experience within financial service companies, particularly banking.
