Service Specialist
Chartis has an opportunity for a Service Specialist in their Underwriting Department.
The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Support underwriters by providing rating, quoting, policy issuance, endorsements processing, and premium booking information.
Position Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
One year work experience in a service center or insurance environment.
Basic knowledge of insurance and legal/regulatory concepts and practices.
Exceptional customer service, communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
Proficient ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
Proficient attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
