VIRGINIA FARM BUREAU is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations.  This position is responsible for the strategic leadership regarding policies and procedures for operational processes for the Mutual Insurance Company.

 

Duties include managing the operating policies and procedures across department functions and developing and implementing strategies that will result in achievement of the goals set for combined ratio, premium growth, and surplus.  This position reports to the Executive Vice President & General Manager, Insurance Operations.

 

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 15 yrs P&C experience, 10 years management experience, strong presentation and public speaking skills and be a strategic visionary.
