Senior Territory Sales Manager Seeking a Dynamic Territory Sales Manager to Join our Winning Team! Join our winning team!  Be a highly motivated Senior Territory Sales Manager to manage strong partnerships with our independent Brokers and develop new ones. This person is responsible for prospecting and appointing new agencies, agency training, territory production and profitable loss ratios.  This position will require up to 50% travel covering the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area.Candidates must live within the assigned territory. Work independently and remotely from your home! A company car, cell phone, laptop, and other required equipment will be provided. New College Graduates with some work experience will be considered! A minimum of 1-2 years insurance sales experience or comparable sales/marketing experience is required. College degree is preferred Working knowledge of insurance operations: claims, coverages, products and underwriting to effectively communicate with agencies and company personnel  Proficient at interpreting statistical data from company reports Possess effective written communication skills and be an acceptable public speaker Must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter Demonstrate time management skills and be a logical problem solver Basic ability of operating computers (PC)including knowledge of Microsoft Excel Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus Job Code : D952 Division/Department : Unitrin Specialty Travel Required : 50-60% Strong: One of the nation's largest business and personal specialty auto insurance companies, writing business through more than 8500 agents in 24 states.
