Responsibilities: Manage, investigate and resolve assigned Property Loss claims. Provide policyholders with quality customer service. May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary. Qualifications: Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies. Capable of writing structural damage estimates of $15,000 minimum. Bachelors degree or equivalent training plus directly related experience required. Has completed some advanced property training.
