This position demands a professional with a track record of success, one who is goal oriented and results driven, and one who can work well independently! As a Senior Property Claims Field Examiner, you will be responsible for handling Homeowner Claims from start to finish, including the investigation, coverage analysis, writing estimates, and damages adjustment. You will use your strong communication skills to secure information and educate the customer as well as strengthen your multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent field work experience in handling residential property claims, commercial property experience a plus. Strong technical estimating skills and at least 2 years Xactimate experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong proficiency in computers and MS Office. You must have a clean driving record as you will have a company vehicle. This is a telecommuter position, where an office will be set-up at your personal residence. However, you must reside within the Louisville, Kentucky area. Relocation assistance is not provided.
