THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: Senior Developer WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: • Lead the architecture and development of enterprise J2EE applications based on an SOA framework • Deliver robust applications over aggressive timeframes while mentoring junior developers • Manage and lead technical teams. WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: • Have experience in integrating and architecting systems • Have hands on object oriented design and application development experience using J2EE, Spring framework, Oracle database, and vendor packages/tools in an Windows environment. • Have experience with the BEA Weblogic application server or equivalent applications servers • Have experience with integrating different Java and non Java based systems • Have experience in database designing and different modeling techniques • Have good knowledge of SDLC and development processes, specifically with test driven development. • Take ownership for assigned tasks • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem solve, trouble shoot and have strong analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of technical architecture experience • 2+ years in leading a technical team • 4+ years in application design and web portals • 4+ yrs of J2EE development experience including Java, Servlets, JSP, XML,JavaScript, Junit, HTML • 1+ yrs working with / incorporating SOA methodologies • 2+ yrs of experience in Spring, EJB, JDBC • 4+ yrs of experience in UML • 1+ yrs of experience with O/R mapping tool such as Hibernate or TopLink • Experience with development of framework/re-usable components • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline COMPENSATION Competitive compensation and benefits package available to successful candidates.
