Senior Commercial (AUTO) Claims Adjuster
IMMEDIATE need for a Senior Commercial (Auto Claims)Adjuster. This position will give you the opportunity to grow within the company's organization.

Responsibilities (partial list)Handle heavy litigated claim files.Handling complex claim files.Negotiating disposition of claims with insureds and legal representatives.Evaluate the documentation tools in accordance with department guidelines.Manage claims by completing essential functions including contracts, investigation, damages development, evaluation, reserving, litigation management,negotiating and settling assigned claims.
QualificationsTo be successful in this position you should have at least 5 years of commercial auto claims experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge working with heavy litigatedComplex claim files.BA degree preferred but not required
